The property is a semi-detached house in Low Moor. The proposal is for a conservatory to the rear elevation. It is proposed to project 3m from the rear elevation and be 5.7m wide. It is proposed to have a hipped roof, which will be 3.2m at the maximum point. The proposal is set off the boundary and would cause no significant neighbouring issues. There is a 2m timber fence in situ to the south side and a 2m hedge to the north side. The size and design of the proposal is acceptable and there would be no detrimental impact caused by the implementation of this scheme. 17/01/2007 |
