Site visit The property is a detached house in Longridge. The proposal is to replace a flat roof on an attached garage with a hipped roof. There would be no significant neighbouring impacts caused by the proposal and the size and design is acceptable. There would be no detrimental impact caused towards the street scene and the proposal actually improves the visual impact of the garage.
