Site visit The property is a semi-detached two storey house. The proposal is for a two storey rear extension, projecting 3.3m and being 3.5m wide. It is proposed to have a pitched roof with a gable end facing to the rear garden, being 6.4m high at the maximum point. There is one circular window proposed in the existing side elevation of the property, which would cause minimal neighbouring issues due to the distance between the neighbouring properties and the size of the window. The proposed extension would cause no significant neighbouring issues due to its location and the proximity of the neighbours. There is at least 4m between the houses. The size is acceptable and the design would fit in with the existing house, imitating the gable on the front elevation. There would be minimal impact on the street scene
