Site meeting with applicants. Proposed holiday cottage is part of farm diversification. Viewed existing building inside and out. Neighbouring property on higher ground, therefore, minimal loss of light. Rear windows would not directly overlook neighbour's house. Rear stone wall to remain. Scale and design considered appropriate though would like to see elevations in random stone and have questioned size of some of the proposed window openings. Existing building unsightly. 01/02/2007 |
