Site visit Caravan next to garage. Not going to be very visible in street scene - on the rear side of garage when viewed from Parker Av. and only fleeting glimpse between properties on Beverley Dr. Main impact on no.4 Beverley Dr. as clearly visible above boundary fence at end of rear garden. Polycarbonate sheeting to side above fence not a great deal higher than fence therefore little loss of light or amenity to neighbours. No.6 Beverley Dr. has a detached garage in the far corner of their rear garden which will screen much of proposal.
