The property is a detached house in Longridge. The proposal is for an extension to the rear elevation, projecting 4m from the rear elevation and being 2.5m wide. It is proposed to have a pitched roof. A potting shed is also proposed which will project 3.5m from the rear elevation of the garage and will be 2.8m wide, with a pitched roof, having glazed sides and roof. There are minimal neighbouring impacts to consider with both proposals, due to the existing boundary treatments and the distance between. The designs and sizes are acceptable and there would be no detrimental impact caused in allowing these proposals. 02/02/2007 |
