The property is a two storey detached house in Clitheroe. The proposal is for a two storey rear extension, a single storey sunroom and a front porch. The two storey extension will project 3.3m from the existing rear elevation and will be 7m wide. It will have a pitched roof with a gable facing north. There would be no significant neighbouring issues caused by the implementation of the two storey extension as the neighbouring properties are of a significant distance away due to the property being a corner plot.The design and size of the proposal is acceptable and there would be no detrimental impact caused to the street scene or the surrounding area.The single storey sun room would cause no impact of concern, there would be no neighbouring impact of significance and the size and design is acceptable. The dimensions are 3.5m x 2.7m with a sloping roof being 3.5m at the maximum point. The front porch is proposed to be 1.5m projection from the front elevation, being 2.3m wide, with a sloping roof. It would cause no significant neighbouring impacts and the design is acceptable, causing no detrimental impact on the street scene. 19/02/2007 |
