Planning Status Decided - Final Decision
Decision APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS
Date : 19/03/2007
Site visit The property is a semi-detached house in Clitheroe. The proposal is for a replacement garage, being 5.6m long, 3.1m wide, with a pitched roof being 2.4m at the apex. The materials are proposed to be a sectional concrete garage, finished in dash render with steel roof sheets. The proposal would be prominent from the road, however due to the existing garage in a dilapidated and unattractive state, a replacement garage on the same footprint would not create a visually detrimental feature. There would be no neighbouring issues. The size and design is acceptable
