The proposal is for a 1.2m wide footpath to run adjacent to Sabden Brook, around the recreational ground. It would not cause any significant visual harm to the existing recreational ground and there would be no detrimental impact caused by allowing the proposal. The path would encourage the use of the park, therefore encouraging recreation and complying with policy RT9. 19/02/2007 |
