Site visit The property is a detached two storey house in Waddington. The proposal is for a single storey rear extension, projecting 5.6m and being 4.5m long. It is proposed to have a hipped roof, being 3.8m high at the highest point. There would be minimal neighbouring issues, due to the extension being single storey and the property being detached with sufficient space between the neighbouring properties. However, a condition requiring obscure glazing to be implemented on the side elevation facing no. 14 will be implemented to reduce any impact. The size and design is acceptable
