Site visit The property is a semi detached house in Clitheroe .The proposal is for a rear conservatory, projecting 3.9 from the rear elevation and being 3.2m wide. It is proposed to have a sloping roof being 2.7m at the highest point. There are minimal neighbouring impacts to consider due to the existing boundary treatments. The side elevation of the conservatory, which adjoins the neighbours' boundary, will not have any windows and the adjoining neighbour has an existing conservatory. The size and design is acceptable and there would be no detrimental impact caused by the implementation of this proposal.
