The property is a semi-detached house in Clitheroe .The proposal is for a rear conservatory, projecting 2.1m from the rear elevation and being 6.2m wide. It is proposed to have a sloping roof. There are minimal neighbouring impacts to consider due to the existing boundary treatments and the windows in the side elevations being obscure glazed. The size and design is acceptable and there would be no detrimental impact caused by the implementation of this proposal. 26/02/2007 |
