The property is a detached house in Low Moor .The proposal is for a rear conservatory, projecting 3.4m from the rear elevation and being 3.3m wide. It is proposed to have a hipped roof. There are minimal neighbouring impacts to consider due to the existing boundary treatments and the distance between the properties. The size and design is acceptable and there would be no detrimental impact caused by the implementation of this proposal. 26/02/2007 |
