The property is a detached bungalow on a corner plot in Wilpshire. The proposal is for a replacement porch to the front of the property and a replacement garage. The porch is proposed to project 1.9m from the existing elevation and will be 2.5m wide. It is proposed to have a pitched roof and will be 2.5m at the eaves and 4.1m at the apex. The garage is proposed to be situated over 4m from the house and will be built in the similar location to the existing garage. It is proposed to be 7m long, 4m wide, with a pitched roof being 2.5m at the eaves and 3.8m at the apex. The would be no significant neighbouring issues caused by the proposals. There is an existing garage and porch in situ and the proposals to replace them with better designed proposals is acceptable. There size and designs of the proposals are acceptable and there would be no detrimental impact caused to the surrounding area of street scene. 20/02/2007 |
