The property is a detached house in Ramsgreave. The proposal is for a rear extension to the existing garage, and replacing the flat roof with a pitched roof. The proposed extension will be 4m long, 2.6m wide and the maximum height of the roof will be 3.1m. The neighbouring impact would be minimal, due to there being sheds to the rear of the garage currently and there is a 2m timber panel fence in situ. The design would improve the existing garage by implementing a pitched roof and the size, although substantial would not create a detrimental or overbearing feature. 06/03/2007 |
