Site visit Viewed from Amberleigh rear garden (other side of semi). Extension part built. Approx. 1m higher than boundary fence to eaves - little loss of light - complies with BRE 45 degree rule in respect of neighbour's rear patio doors. Some tunnelling effect between proposal and neighbour's rear extension. Proposal no different to existing approval when viewed from Leckfield on other side.
