Site visit Existing of little interest. No uniform street scene. Prominent corner plot. Overlooking from side elevations little worse than existing situation but perhaps some overlooking to property at the rear. Some form of boundary treatment would be needed to prevent overlooking from gf to rear. Rear dormer would overlook neighbour's garden. Significantly more dominant in the street scene than existing.
