Site visit The property is a semi-detached house in Langho. The proposal is for a single storey rear extension, projecting 5m from the rear elevation and being 5.2m long. It is proposed to have a sloping roof being 3.85m at the highest point. There is an existing conservatory in situ. The design is acceptable, and the size, although substantial would not form an overbearing feature or cause loss of light, due to the neighbouring property having an existing single storey extension which projects the same amount as the proposed. There would be minimal loss of privacy
