Site visit The property is a detached house in Langho. The proposal is for a rear conservatory, projecting 3m from the rear elevation and being 3m wide. It is proposed to have a sloping roof being 2.3m at the highest point. There are minimal neighbouring impacts to consider due to the existing boundary treatments and the proximity of the neighbours. The size and design is acceptable and there would be no detrimental impact caused by the implementation of this proposal.
