Viewed from High Lea Barn and Cottage, both of which are on slightly lower ground. The Barn has a detached garage/store (quite high building) which lies between the Barn and Bungalow. There is a high conifer hedge between the Cottage and the Bungalow. Loss of light to ground floor of these neighbours as a result of increased height of the Bungalow would be minimal.
