Site visit The property is a detached property in Longridge. The proposal is for a single storey side extension, projecting 2.1m from the side elevation and being 10.1m long. It is proposed to have a hipped roof, being 2.3m at the eaves. There would be minimal neighbouring impact caused by the proposal, due to the boundary treatments in place and there being no windows in the side elevation of the neighbours property. The size and design is acceptable and there would be no detrimental impact caused to the street scene.
