The property is a detached house in Langho. The proposal is for a rear conservatory, projecting 3.5m from the rear elevation and being 2.7m wide. It is proposed to have a pitched roof being 3m at the highest point. There are minimal neighbouring impacts to consider due to the existing boundary treatments and the windows in the side elevations being conditioned to be obscure glazed.
