Site visit The property is a detached true bungalow. The proposal is for a single storey side extension, projection 4m from the side elevation and being 4.8m wide. It will follow the existing roof line and will have patio doors onto the garden. There would be minimal neighbouring impact due to the location of the neighbouring properties. The size and design is acceptable. The proposal would have minimal impact on the street scene due to its design fitting in with the existing house.
