The property is a terraced two storey house. The proposal is for a two storey rear extension, projecting 4.8m and being 2.2m wide. It is proposed to have a sloping roof with a gable end facing to the rear garden, being 4.5m high at the eaves. The sloping roof will be sloping off the existing two storey rear extension, as the proposal is for an extension to the side. The proposed extension would cause no significant neighbouring issues due to its location and there being no neighbours on the side of the extension. The size is acceptable and the design would fit in with the existing house. The proposal would cause no detrimental feature. There would be minimal impact on the street scene 04/04/2007 |
