Site visit The property is a semi-detached two storey house. The proposal is for a front porch, projecting 1.95m from the side elevation and projecting 2.8m from the recessed front elevation. The porch would infill between the front elevation and the recessed front door. It is proposed to have a sloping roof and will be in matching materials. There would be no significant neighbouring impacts due to the size of the proposal and the proximity of the neighbours. The size and design is acceptable and there would be no detrimental impact caused to the street scene. The neighbouring property has the same porch as the proposed.
