Site visit The property is a semi-detached house in Clitheroe. The proposal is for a rear conservatory, projecting 4.1m from the rear elevation and being 3.5m wide. It is proposed to have a hipped roof being 3.7m at the highest point. There are minimal neighbouring impacts to consider due to the existing boundary treatments and the side elevation being a wall, therefore causing no overlooking. The size and design is acceptable and there would be no detrimental impact caused by the implementation of this proposal.
