Site visit The property is a semi detached two storey house. The proposal is for a single storey rear extension, projecting 3.7m and being 9.5m long. It is proposed to have a sloping roof, being 4m high at the highest point. The development will be part conservatory with a glazed roof and side elevation and part extension, with a tiled roof and brick. There would be minimal neighbouring issues, due to the extension being single storey and the windows in the side elevations being obscure glazed by condition. The size and design is acceptable
