Site visit The property is an end terrace office unit in Longridge. The proposal is for a lean to extension to the rear of the property, projecting 2.5m from the existing rear elevation and being 2.2m wide. The roof is proposed to be a monopitch sloping roof, the maximum height being 3.6m. There would be minimal neighbouring issues caused by the proposal as it is single storey and there are no windows in the side elevation. The design and size is acceptable and there would be no detrimental impact caused to the existing building or the surrounding conservation area.
