Site visit The property is a semi detached two storey house. The proposal is for a single storey rear extension, projecting 2.7m and being 4.7m long. It is proposed to have a sloping roof, being 3.8m high at the highest point. It is proposed to replace an existing conservatory and will attach to the existing single storey rear extension. There would be minimal neighbouring issues, due to the extension being single storey and it replacing an existing conservatory, therefore reducing the amount of glazing to the side elevation. The size and design is acceptable
