Site visit The property is a semi detached two storey house. The proposal is for a single storey rear/side extension, which will loop around the existing in an "L" shape. It will project 3m from the rear elevation and will being 10m long. To the side, it will project 2.9m. It is proposed to have a sloping roof on the rear elevation, being 3.8m high at the highest point, with a sloping roof to the side. There would be minimal neighbouring issues, due to the extension being single storey, there being sufficient boundary treatments in place and the proximity of the neighbouring property. The size and design is acceptable
