The property is a detached dormer bungalow. The proposal is for a dormer to the side elevation of the property, being 3.4m wide, projecting 1.9m and being 2.5m high, with a flat roof. There is an existing dormer to the other side of the roof. There would be minimal neighbouring impact, as the dormer window would be proposed to be obscure glazed.
