The property is a detached house in Longridge. The proposal is for a rear "P" shaped conservatory, projecting 3m from the rear elevation and being 6.6m wide. It is proposed to have a hipped roof being 3.1m at the highest point. There are minimal neighbouring impacts to consider due to the location of the neighbours. The size and design is acceptable and there would be no detrimental impact caused by the implementation of this proposal. There would be impact on the street scene due to the conservatory being prominent. However, the impact would not be detrimental enough to warrant a refusal 03/04/2007 |
