The property is a mid-terrace in Ramsgreave. The proposal is for a single storey extension to the rear of the property. It is proposed to also demolish an existing toilet. The proposal will project 1.9m from the existing kitchen, and will be 2.7m wide. It is proposed to have a hipped roof and will be 3.6m at the apex. There would be minimal neighbouring issues due to the extension being single storey, part in situ and there being no windows in the side elevation. The size and design is acceptable and it would not form a detrimental feature to the surrounding area. 25/04/2007 |
