Site visit The property is a semi-detached dormer bungalow. The proposal is for a side extension, to create a bedroom and garage. It is proposed to project 2.3m and will be 9m long. It is proposed to follow the existing ridge line, and will continue the dormers to the side and rear. There would be minimal neighbouring impacts caused by the proposal due to the neighbouring property having a garage to the side and no windows. The size and design is acceptable and there would be no detrimental impact caused to the street scene.
