Site visit The property is a detached dormer bungalow in Clayton-le-dale. The proposal is for a single storey side extension to create a disabled toilet. It is proposed to project 3.4m from the side elevation and be 3.7m long. It is proposed to have a hipped roof being 4.7m at the highest point. There would be minimal neighbouring issues due to the distance between the properties and the existing 3m high hedge. The size and design is acceptable and there would be no detrimental impact caused to the surrounding area.
