Site visit The site is within an existing well established farm complex and caravan site. The proposal is for the demolition of an existing storage building and the erection of a new general storage building. It is proposed to be sited north of the existing building and will be 15m long, 9m wide, with a pitched roof being 5.7m at the apex. There would be no neighbouring issues as there are no neighbours in close proximity. The size and design is acceptable and the proposal would comply with the Councils SPG on agricultural buildings and roads. It would infill a space between two other buildings and would be built in typical modern styled agricultural materials. The demolished building would create a more open space in the farm yard and entrance to the site.
