The property is a terraced house in Longridge. The proposal is for a rear conservatory, projecting 3.5m from the rear elevation and being 4m wide. It is proposed to have a pitched roof being 3.4m at the highest point. There are minimal neighbouring impacts to consider due to the existing boundary treatments and the windows in the side elevations being conditioned to obscure glazed. The size and design is acceptable and there would be no detrimental impact caused by the implementation of this proposal. 16/05/2007 |
