Site visit The property is a semi-detached house in Langho. The proposal is for a first floor extension over an existing ground floor extension. The proposal would project 2.5m and would be the same width as the existing house. It would have a pitched roof being 6.6m at the apex. There would be minimal neighbouring issues as currently there is a balcony and the proposal would develop this area, and would have no windows in the side elevations, therefore reducing any overlooking. Loss of light to any neighbouring property would be minimal, especially as the neighbouring house has a two storey rear extension, projecting the same amount as the proposed. The size and design is acceptable. There would be no detrimental impact caused by the implementation of this proposal
