The property is a semi-detached house in Longridge. The proposal is for a rear conservatory, projecting 3.7m from the rear elevation and being 3.1m wide. It is proposed to have a hipped roof being 3.3m at the highest point. There are minimal neighbouring impacts to consider due to the existing boundary treatments and the side elevation facing no.11 being built in brick. The size and design is acceptable and there would be no detrimental impact caused by the implementation of this proposal. 31/05/2007 |
