Site visit A line of modest double fronted bungalows - extension is dominant in relation to existing bungalow - forward of main house, pitch higher than original roof etc. Prominent roadside position. Little impact on neighbours. Those at rear are on higher ground; perhaps some mutual overlooking. Neighbour to extension side appears to have no habitable windows in side elevation facing extension.
