The property is a detached house in Longridge. The proposal is for a single storey flat roof extension, projecting 2.7m from the side elevation and being 3.3m long. it is proposed to be 2.6m high. There would be minimal neighbouring issues due to the existing boundary treatments and there being no windows in the side elevation. The size and design is acceptable.
