Site visit The property is a substantial detached house in Whalley, situated on a large plot. The proposal is for a two storey rear extension, projecting 3m from the existing kitchen elevation, and being 4.4m long. It would not project any further back than the existing house does. It is proposed to have a pitched roof, being 6.3m at the apex. There would be minimal impact caused from this proposal. There would be no significant neighbouring impact and the size and design is acceptable.
