New porch will have no effect on the street scene as the property is on a corner plot and is a good distance away from neighbouring properties. The proposed single storey extension at the rear would have no detrimental impact on neighbouring properties as it will be well screened by a fence and trees on both sides and will be in-keeping with the exisitng building. 25/10/2007 |
