Make essential repairs to vaulted ceiling in cellar room, part of which has fallen in. Number and lift flagstones in cellar, install damp proof membrane and relay as original. Render cellar rooms two and three with sika waterproof render to protect from penetrating damp. Extend block lining to cellar room one, insulate, plaster board and skim.
