1) To take down one wall of a lean-to outhouse. 2) Extend the outhouse with 3 new walls, 2 of these are hidden and the 3rd will be made using the stone from the wall taken down. 3) Replace and extend the corrugated fibre/asbestos (?) roof with slate. 4) To form a new internal doorway into the house wall to allow access to the extended outhouse, which is to be a kitchen.
