Site visit The site in question is towards the top end of Moor Lane, opposite three other dwellings. The land in question is approx. 2 acres in size and currently the dwelling has an agricultural occupancy condition placed on the original planning consent. The application is a re-submission and the noted from the previous application show that Rural Estates consider that the applicant's have not done sufficient marketing to sell the house with its agricultural occupancy section. Await comments from them before making decison, may ask for further evidence of what the applicant has done.
