Date : 14/12/2005
Site visit Detached house, next to open field/countryside, and fairly prominant from the A59. Side extensions at 2/3 storey seem excessive and will over dominate the original dwelling. Does not cause any significant impact on neighbouring dwelling to side. May request a reduction in size after consulting fellow planners. Amended plans received on 1st of December 2005, neighbours reconsulted.
