Site visit Neighbouring properties are far enough away not to be affected and there are no windows in the side elevation facing 6 Wheatley Drive. The extension is not set back as other extensions to similar properties in Longridge have been so for consistency I think this one should be set back from main frontage by at least one metre. Letter sent to this affect on 21 July 2004.
