Site visit Extension to front of garage making it much more visible in the street scene. Considered in-keeping with the area and would be similar to the next door garage and almost in line with it. Loss of light to no.26's garage door on side elevation facing extension and to a lesser extent to no.28, which faces onto the proposed extensions. No overlooking due to careful positioning of windows.
