Listed Building Consent: Externally remove and replace roof tiles as necessary, replace windows which are beyond repair, remove paint and cement render and re-point, re-lay paths and improve surface water management, repair and renew rainwater goods and reinstate historic windows. Internally: create a wider opening internal wall between dining room and kitchen, form partition wall, expose and restore existing fire place; remove secondary stair, reinstate historic passageway and open up blocked doorway, install 2 wood burning stoves, insulation at ceiling level, insert 2 doorways in internal stone wall and retain historic firehood.
